1. Paid Search& Performance Media Strategy and Execution
- Traffic acquisition => special focus on how to drive qualified conversion traffic from all performance media channels including SEM (brandzone, PPC), re-targeting on Bai du, We chat, Dou yin, RED…
- Cooperate with SEM agency to develop SEM and Retargeting strategy, PPC analysis and updates, assets/landing page strategy based on business objective; and to ensure we got learning and implication from each campaign.
- Manage media agency and work closely on daily basis to optimize performance and ensure brand presence, generating meaningful learning and implications from each campaign.
- Collaborate across internal teams such as e-merchandising, digital production, PR& communications for better campaign planning and assets utilization.
- Responsible for campaign tracking plans and make sure ad is classified correctly according to central guideline in GA.
- Assist in performance media budget planning and allocation; in charge of monthly PO and spot plan check.
- Capable to analyze and utilize big data from Paid (mainly focus on paid search and performance media), Owned , and Earned platforms.
- Observe and Share competitor study and industry trend in digital and performance media channel.
1-3 year working experience in digital or media agency
Working experience in luxury or premium beauty industry is plus.
Digital analytical skills
Proficient in EXCEL & Power Point
SEM account operation skill is plus
Digital assets production skill is plus
University graduated +
Fluent in English and Mandarin
